Q is a retired 2-sport D1 athlete & has coached over 1,000+ men to reshape & retrain their masculine edge. Q has a deep passion for serving & developing human potential beyond sports. He’s a mental performance coach for current and retired athletes, focused on bringing clarity, brotherhood, and accountability to men’s deepest mission after sport.

Q holds a Master’s Degree in Sports Management from Northwestern where he was a Gator Bowl Champion. After retirement, he overcame years of Post-Concussion Syndrome by leveraging his own World Class Method.

Q leads olympic, pro, & college athletes through a program called Beyond Sports, a co-ed personal development program through Athletes Soul. Q is also a preferred provider for the Pro Football Hall of Fame Behavioral Health.
